Expected behaviour

On FullScreen, we could have Lifebuoy activated automatically.

Actual behaviour

The user has to run Lifebuoy everytime they want to.

So far this is not possible out of the box based on:
https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/extensionAPI/activation-events

Something like:

onEvent:document.fullscreenEnabled
