<h3>Pre-Observation Conference Guide</h3>
<p>The <a href="/setleaders/files/2020/05/Pre-Observation-Conference-Guide_OSET-1.pdf">Pre-Observation Conference Guide</a> is intended to foster conversation between special education teachers and the administrators who evaluate them, who may not have experience teaching students with disabilities and benefit from better understanding the classroom context. It can be completed jointly during a conference, or prepared by the special education teacher in advance.</p>
