PNG display in submission detail = crash

On the View Submission Details page (after clicking on "view individual files"), when I select the png file, it displays in the right window. There is also a magnifying glass with a plus sign which is a link, and when I click on this I get a "So long and thanks for all the fish page". Expected behavior would be to show a full size version of the png instead of an "end of the universe" page.

I'm not sure if this is related to this particular instance & server config of Bottlenose, or if it's a bug with Bottlenose itself so I figured I'd post here instead of the Bottlenose github issues page.
