Make Photon running without Guacamole #378

Currently, Photon's video tag is put on top of Guacamole's canva.
As an autonomous streaming engine, Photon should be able to run without Guacamole.

Few problem though:

currently logging the user in is handled by RDP.
we will need a virtual screen connected to the remote session that is not provided by RDP
