Population Division receives a large number of e-mails asking for bulk download of census tracts or NTAS.

@EricaMaurer:

most people write in that they want all the ntas
without having to click on each one individually to get data

We should design a path for users who want to download everything without needing to e-mail.

A quick solution that addresses this issue (but doesn't necessarily close it) is to just expand on download links in the "Data" page: https://popfactfinder.planning.nyc.gov/data

This issue is closed when... pop division starts seeing fewer e-mails asking for bulk download.

I second this feature request. Personally I need data sets from individual neighborhoods. Currently my only method of getting it is to select every neighborhood and profiles.

Probably gotta find a way to web scrap this data for now.
