What is your question?

Hi,

when I was using docker image of from //docker-utilities/utilities/run_server.sh from 22.10.
I got this error "NVIDIA cuOpt failure - Limited version of NVIDIA cuOpt has expired"
when I updated my script with 22.12, its working fine.

I want to know, is this paid service? are you going to charge us after some usage?

Good Morning,

Thank you for your interest in NVIDIA cuOpt. The Early Access program has ended and our solver is no longer available for open use.

Early Access to a cloud service will be available in June.

Meanwhile, if you are interested in procuring a license to the solver, I can direct you to the right contact.

Regards,
cuOpt Team

Hi, I am trying Isaac Sim's cuOpt tutorial.
https://docs.omniverse.nvidia.com/app_isaacsim/app_isaacsim/logistics_tutorial_cuopt.html
I downloaded the cuOpt 22.12 Docker image from NGC as described in that document, connected it to cuOpt's Extension in Isaac Sim, and tried to run the route calculation with solve button, but I got the same error as the title.
Error on the Docker side:
INFO: 127.0.0.1:43138 - "GET /cuopt/get_optimized_routes HTTP/1.1" 500 Internal Server Error
Error on Sim side::
SOLVER RESPONSE: {'detail': 'NVIDIA cuOpt failure - Limited version of NVIDIA cuOpt has expired\nObtained 35 stack frames\n

Does this mean that cuOpt is not available for free in Docker at this time?
