[5pt] Test non-default cmd args against run_unit_benchmark_tests.py

Due to time constraints, the new run_unit_benchmark_tests.py was tested using the min "happy path" args, using defaults where possible. We need to test the non-default cmd args which might trigger a few small validation changes.
