Examine use of "AORC" in DataFormat names and other locations

As discussed in a comment thread of #566, we are implicitly or explicitly referencing AORC in situations that don't necessarily fully comply with the formal specification of AORC, leading to potential confusion. The most obvious initial example is the AORC_CSV DataFormat value, which has slightly different fields and field names than AORC.

We should at minimum examine whether our usage of "AORC" in this and other places is appropriate, and make any changes deemed appropriate.
