What problem does this feature solve?

可以自定义显示隐藏下拉箭头，且保持与其他select样式得到统一

What does the proposed API look like?

nz-tree-select追加一个api类似于nz-select的nzShowArrow，供外部自定义控制下拉箭头的显示隐藏。
