LlilumSDK build fails despite building Zelig.sln and BoardConfigurations.sln

I'm trying to build a llilum development environment based on the instructions provided in the project wiki starting here: https://github.com/NETMF/llilum/wiki/Setup
Following the instructions I was eventually able to compile the demo on the next page ( https://github.com/NETMF/llilum/wiki/demo ) however I can not build the SDK installer following the instructions in the SDK user guide( https://github.com/NETMF/llilum/wiki/SDK-User-Guide ). When I attempt to compile, it cannot find various Microsoft.SPOT dlls (e,g. "The system cannot find the file 'C:\llilum\llilum\Zelig\ZeligBuild\Target\bin\Release\Microsoft.SPOT.Hardware.dll"), I've attached an image with the errors:

I searched the Zelig and llilum directories for these files or for projects to build these files but did not find anything. Any idea what part of the build process I'm missing? Are the instructions missing a step?

I think that dlls just for some compatibility level with NetMF. Try to remove them from build script.
