nei build -s 指令不起作用 #147

如题，nei buid -k {xxx} -s {自定义地址}，报错：

[I] 2021-07-07 16:43:37.300 - 数据加载完成, 开始解析数据
[E] 2021-07-07 16:43:37.300 - NEI 服务器异常 { code: 403, msg: '没有权限' }

sudo npm install "NEYouFan/nei-toolkit#master" -g
