Exporting (Capture) the image/ animation is a key-step in the VAPOR visualization workflow. I've noticed users often enquire about how to do this, which makes me wonder if we need to place these options in the toolbar. This might be worth discussing in the context of key framing enhancement.

A few suggestions on the proposed changes. Hopefully these don't involve extensive refactoring
