Hello zdx3578,
The plan was to create a walkthrough in ngc-learn docs for this paper (since this work would require open-ai gym and we do not want to make it a dependency for ngc-learn core), especially since it demonstrates a simple form of active inference and the spirit of ngc-learn is to try to teach some of the more obscure biophysical models out there.

However, we are currently working on a major update to ngc-learn core (in full support of spiking biophysical systems) so the plan for this paper's tutorial has unfortunately been delayed -- it should come out over the next few months, especially after our official major update (for ngc-learn version 1.0.0).
