The Leader of Zomi Congress for Democracy Party should be "Pu Chin Sian Thang (ပူကျင့်ရှင်းထန်)" according to a user report

Did they mistaken leader and chairman ? Check it on UEC website http://uecmyanmar.org/index.php/voters/86-2013-05-08-09-12-08/210-2013-11-15-07-54-54

the leadership data seem like not current leaders since UEC website mention it as "ပါတီလာလျှောက်စဉ် ခေါင်းဆောင်နှင့် ဒုတိယခေါင်းဆောင်"

It could be possible. I can't check with him anymore. He seems to delete the review and I didn't record his email
