ETC Transcation won't go through, Trezor model T 2.0.10: "user cancelled tx" #384

-Trezor T - 2.0.10
-MyEtherWallet through Trezor Interface
-ETC

Expected Behavior

The ETC transaction should go through.

Actual Behavior

After clicking on a generate transaction in MyEtherWallet for ETC.

  1. pop-up shows up (if passphrase is enabled): https://connect.trezor.io/5/popup.html#
  2. Proceeding with "allow once for this session"
  3. "User cancelled tx error" shows up MyEtherWallet

Reproduction Steps

  1. Select ETC though Trezor Interface
  2. Select MyEtherWallet
  3. Fill the transaction details
  4. Click to "generate transaction"
  5. Pop up shows up (If passphrase enabled)
  6. MyEtherWallet shows user cancelled tx

Environment

  • Trezor T
  • 2.0.10
  • MyEtherWallet
  • ETC
    -OS:Linux Mint 19 Cinnamon, version 3.8.9
    -Browsers: Firefox Quantum 60.0.2 (64-bit) & Google Chrome Version 67.0.3396.87 (Official Build) (64-bit), running on LinuxMint 19 (64-bit)

Additional Information

-Trezor One is not affected
-You might need to select different node ETC in MyEtherWallet to see your funds
-2.0.9 is working
-MyCrypto.com is working

This question is related to our v3 implementation at https://github.com/kvhnuke/etherwallet, Can you try doing a hard refresh ctrl+f5 or shift + refresh button

I have done that without any success. Also cleared my browser cache and the error still shows. Callisto, which is based on ETC is affected as well.

@SteveMieskoski can you verify this on v3? and move this issue to v3?

@Leoplaya I could not reproduce the behavior. I tried for both ETC and Callisto. The only times I received user cancelled tx was when I declined the transaction in the popup, closed the popup, or disconnected the device.
