There should be a way for asset managers to cancel their listing if for some reason they can't fulfill it any longer, at least before any funds are raised.

But even if some funds are raised already, they should probably be able to just close the listing and then the investors would just have to initiate a transaction to get their money back.

Come to think of it, this should go into the feedback system - like mercari has - "this asset manager has x amount of listings that were cancelled after receiving funds from investors"

They shouldn't be penalized with the bad feedback though unless investors have sent them money. It's completely acceptable to cancel a listing before receiving funds.
