Feedback / Trust rating system

We need a solution to allow investors and asset managers to leave each other feedback. Investors would be able to tell if an AM has a good history, and investors also receiving feedback would just be an extra data point that we can utilize if a good idea comes along - like for example, maybe at some point we create some sort of "perks" for investors with a history of successful funding. It would be helpful to have that backdated feedback data so they don't have to start from scratch if we ever release some sort of program like that.
