Cutadapt module broke

Description of bug

Hi,
I originally have multiqc v4.8 in Ubuntu 22. But it failed to capture log files from Cutadapt.

So I tried the followings:

1. add a config file with the following lines:

Cutadapt:
  - contents: Cutadapt
    num_lines: 100
  - fn: "*cutadapt.json"
    contents: Cutadapt report

Then it seems to trying to capture log files from snippy and found no data. showing:

2. I installed another copy of multiqc using conda and ran it, then the following message shown:

Note: I removed the config file when running the new installed copy.

Could you please advise?

I figured it out. One malformed file ruin it.
