In the FastP module, add new columns in the general stats table

Description of feature

It would be nice to have the metric of number of bases before and after the filtering, and also, the number of bases with quality>30 before filtering in the general stats table of the FastP tool, in order to compare the metrics in referring the bases and not only the reads.
