Coverage instead of Average coverage per contig or chromosome

Hi MultiQC,
Thank you for all support
I use MultiQC for my FASTQs, VCFs, and BAMs generated by Illumina DRAGEN (WES/WGS), but I noticed in the MultiQC recent version (am currently using v1.20.dev0) it plot Average coverage per contig instead of Coverage per contig which is clear for me, but the new average I cant understand it, could you please advice if I can plot the old way or maybe advise with a documentation where I can understand the new Average coverage per contig or chromosome plot

@mushalallam, not sure I understand.

Could you please share a screenshot of the new plot that you don't understand, along with the old plot that you've seen before? And also, can you share please the data you are passing to MultiQC, so I can reproduce it locally.

Is this the plot you are talking about?
