Add aarch64 to the Linux builds.

Benefit

Allows playing Minecraft on arm computers

MultiMC was the most convenient way to play minecraft on arm, but it's now impossible to use it since Microsoft disabled non-MS accounts and there are no "official" arm builds meaning that you can't log in at all.
