Have the option to submit Log Dumps to a GitHub Gist account (as well as Paste.ee)

Benefit

Many Mod Authors are requiring Log Dumps be submitted via GitHub Gist.

This suggestion is unique

• I have searched the issue tracker and did not find an issue describing my suggestion, especially not one that has been rejected.
