Hi.
Do you maybe want to submit a PR, since we don't know Persian calendar we don't know what is expected result.
Or maybe @ajahangard wants to take a look since he submited in past some Persian Calendar fixes.
Otherwise I doubt we'd able to address this.

I checked the issue, but I could not reproduce it. Even in Reproduction Link everything works fine.
A little description about the issue will be helpful.

No, it is not correct
The second month of the shamsi year, Ordibehesht, has 31 days
In this link that I have sent, days 1 to 11 of Ordibehesht is not displayed in the calendar
and everything not works fine.

I resolved the issue and created a pull request #8909
