MudDataGrid filter in code

Hey community,

If you set the option of Filterable="true" in a MudDataGrid it is possible to set a filter in the GUI/Browser.
Is there a way to "predefine" such a filter in code. I've investigated the option of a QuickFilter but this is not really matching my needs.

Or to be a bit precise ... how to set the FilterDefinitions programmatically in code after MudDataGrid is defined. (in runtime)

I was wondering the same. Saw SetDefaultFilterDefinition in the docs, tried playing around with a @ref for both column and mudgrid. Also tried setting FilterDefinitions with something like the following, but nothing worked.

I've got the same issue - tried exactly the same approach as above, but no dice.
If I add a FilterFunction in the constructor e.g. FilterFunction=(x) => x.CurrentStatus != "Active" then it works...sort of...as it applies the filter but you can't edit, clear it or see that it is active

After you load the data into the grid add a filter definition and toggle the filter menu so it doesn't stay open. Use @ref.
