I was playing with the navigation of entities and I noticed that a minestom entity with the same value of the attribute MOVEMENT_SPEED is faster than a vanilla entity. My goal is recreate some vanilla entities.
In these demos I compared the time a cow needs to travel 11 blocks, the Vanilla cow (I used Paper to find paths) takes about 6000 ms to travel that distance, while a Minestom cow takes 3000 ms.

After looking at the Minecraft code, unfortunately I couldn't find a reason why this is so. I would appreciate any help.
