This is my contribution to the "Automated Segmentation of Cervical Nuclein Pap Smear Images Using Deformable Multi-path Ensemble Model." (ISBI 2019 Oral Session Paper).

Dependencies

python 3.7, CUDA 10.1, numpy 1.17, matplotlib 3.1.1, scikit-image (0.21), scipy (0.3.1), pyparsing (2.4.2), pytorch (1.0) (anaconda is recommended) other packages could be the latest version.

Training:

1.Install all dependencies

python train.py

You could modify some codes in models to obtain different architectures.

Testing:

python test.py
