Hi, cant seem to find it in hacs?
manual install leaves me with a missing picnis Api

You'll first have to add this repository as a custom repository to HACS.

I didn't have the time to give this integration my full support yet. I'll look this week into adding this integration to HACS now that I am able to make some time available!

If I’m right, you only need the brand icon/logo and hassfest to complete this.
