I very like editing code at Zen mode, but I feel Zen mode there are still some shortcomings.

I think the vscode can add a setting, let vscode opened, auto enable Zen mode. then the editor zones edge can fill the window, only left editor zone. that can let coder more focus on coding or writing document. It a very simple request, hopefully vscode can better and better 👍 :)

Hi @c4dr01d, there may already be a setting for this. Does turning on zenMode.restore do what you want? Thanks!

@RMacfarlane, setting zenMode.restore is file closed at zen mode, then vscode open again that file, vscode will automatically turning on zen mode.I mean vscode can add setting like zenMode.enableAtStartup, let vscode always in the zen mode, not back for the normal mode.
