Issue Type: Bug

  1. Change a setting globally.
  2. View the setting in a workspace.

Expected: The setting will not show up with 'show modified only', but will have the value from the global settings.
Actual: The setting had the default value.

Note: I was trying to override a setting I had changed back to the default value in a workspace, and was not able to do this in the new settings menu.
