I have to delete www and run ionic serve for the changes to take effect

Hi

I'm new to vscode and ionic.

Using vscode 22 I started a new ionic project with 3 tabs. I run it and it works ok.
I change the title of one or more tabs and run the application.
In the browser that opens up I see the old titles.
I delete the www folder of my project, run "ionic serve" and then I see the new titles.

Looks like that for any change I need to do the above. How can I know if this is a vscode bug? ionic bug? something else?
