Open a git project, vscode does not show the status in file explorer #47325

If you open the SCM viewlet... is anything there?

@joaomoreno There are changed files in the SCM viewlet. In 1.22.1, Open the git project, the folders that contains changed files are colored, but in 1.23.0-insider, those folders are not colored until you expand them.

hm... yeah, maybe. I have changed how aggressive we listen to event. I'll take a look
