VSCode Version: 1.20
OS Version: MacOS 10.13.3

Steps to Reproduce:

Push to repo with a GitHub account secured with 2FA
Type in username and password
Shows error: Git: remote: Invalid username or password.

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

vscodebot bot assigned joaomoreno

vscodebot bot added the git label
