It's a bit limiting that you can only search for multimers that have been hardcoded into the parameters.yaml file at the moment. In the future, PGFinder should be clever enough to construct these from the most abundant identified monomers and a concise set of cross-linking rules.

Definitely a 2.0 type feature...

When constructing these, it might also be possible to inform the "likelihood" of each multimer by looking at the intensity of its precursor monomers!
