Create mentors table #13

The table will have a list of mentors and for each mentor the following items will be shown:

full name
email
number of courses (completed + not completed)
number of students enrolled in the courses
number of hours
details icon
The information displayed will take into consideration the search term (applicable to any of the columns) and the from/to dates.
