What went wrong?

I followed the steps in the wiki, but unfortunately the credentials tab under APIs & Services does not display a warning telling me to configure the consent screen.

What did you expect to happen?

I was supposed to see a warning with a button.

This is an example of what should be happening:

And this is what is actually happening

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Make a Google Actions Project, and register it as a device.
  2. Register a model and skip the json download
  3. Go to cloud console and open your project
  4. Enable the Google Assistant API
  5. Go to the credentials tab in APIs & Services. There is no alert.

From Sao Pablo, Brazil, I cannot reach those internal screens, could you please share link in order to confirm?
