Users can"t accet the wallet application

Hello There,
We have a fresh installation of meeds-docker. Steps in the documentation were followed.
All seems to be good, but users are reporting that they can't access the wallet and the store applications.
For the store app, they are receiving this message: (French)

For the wallet application, we have this one :

although permissions are set for wallet.
*:/platform/users *:/spaces/meeds
I have to mention that we didn't purchase any funds yet.
Any help ?
