Current Behaviour:
If a user is logged in and he tries to access the login page, he can see the login page and sign in again, even if he does not logout.

Expected Behaviour:
If a user is logged in, he should not be able to see the login page on that same browser. The only way he can see the login page again is if he logs out.

Chrome

Solution on branch issue#1.
Fixed for admin role only. If it's ok, then we can add for teachers and students also!
