Custom wave color gradient

Is it possible to define a custom gradient for the various wave effects to go move through? The rainbow is certainly flashy, but it would be nice to be able to use a different gradient. I'm not too familiar with the internals of all this, so I don't know if the waves are something handled internally by the keyboard firmware, but I figured it was worth asking. If it matters at all, I'm on the g910.
