Folder paths invisible until hover and other "glitches?" Please help.

Problem:

1. On quick access the folders path listed below folders are all gone unless hovering over. This appears to resolve if HDR is off but id like to keep it on if possible.
2. The borders are either broken or something but appears fine over white it appears to be a shadow but is also the draggable border.
3. I'm not even sure where to start with that.

Windows 10 22h2 I've updated everything prior to installing and successfully ran "UltraUXThemePatcher_4.4.1".
Tried to see if DWMBlurGlass would make it any better but nothing at all changed after install even after installing the Symbol files.

IMPORTANT: For whatever reason when capturing via Gyazo it appears readable but in reality the gray background is the transparent blur which of course is the ideal result.

HDR text doesn't work properly because of some system API's own flaws, there is no solution at the moment, and with ExplorerBlurMica's behavior, it's almost impossible to fix it,because the problem occurs in DWM.
DWMBlurGlass has the possibility to fix these APIs, but we don't know what causes the HDR rendering errors, it would require some reverse analysis.
And I don't have an HDR monitor. So....

Ah well damn no hdr it is then. What about the other issues like the weird border, is this a common issue or is this even an issue to people? I had no borders at all before the install. Also how do I diagnose why DWM isn't working, I've installed it and am having the same problem this guy had #143 but nothing happens at all after install nor after checking "Override Accent blur effect" so that and the fact none of the settings seem to do anything confirms to me it's not working at all.
