Describe the bug

A clear and concise description of what the bug is:

When you expand or shrink the taskbar (with Startisback installed) when it is unlocked, the reflection image on it will shift its x-position.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Have Startisback installed, enable the reflection in DWMBG 2.1.1, enable overrideaccent in the config file, unlock the taskbar, hold on the top border of the bar, drag it up and down and watch as the reflection image shifts to the left when expanding the taskbar and to the right when shrinking it.
