Reflections cut off in 2.1.1 and border line in maximized apps titlebar

Describe the bug

A clear and concise description of what the bug is:

Using version 2.1.1 introduced a bug with the glass streaks being cut off when the window is to the very right side of the screen, and there's a line appearing on the titlebar (turns out to be a border since it switches between active and inactive state)

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

just install the program, even without any changes done

same thing but with AeroPeek.png replaced by a purple color (since its not rly visible on first screenshot)

border line appearing on titlebar on maximized windows and reflection also cut off

^ I know it's the border line since it switches through active and inactive state

Additional context
Btw, the issue #220 was resolved, but now it does the same thing with the blend active color, I believe it has to do something with the backdrop improvements, you can check this for yourself by installing 2.1.1 with default settings, setting the default windows 10 wallpaper (1903-22h2 one) and opening for example the run box
