Describe the bug
Thermo Ascend files are causing errors likely due to scan header information changing (yet again)

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior
Raw file conversion

Hi,
The new AlphaPept version 0.5.0 is based on AlphaRaw for file importing, and we can fix this there @jalew188
