This happens on some installations of Safari:

Screen_Recording_2021-11-05_at_14.37.19.mov

Currently 4 out of 7 tested installations show this problem. Might be a problem with Macbooks only.

This is apparently only a problem with recent versions of Safari.
Old ones don't appear to have this issue.
