For instance, icons named BESomething get transformed to BeSomething. This is technically OK, but isn't the convention that Manifold is following currently.

Until humps.pascalize can handle that or supports custom options, we should see if consecutive capitals can be maintained. Otherwise one must manually adjust component names/imports back to using the original name.
