RFE: Add option on appliance_console_cli to show summary information

WHAT: see miq summary information without going into appliance_console.
WHY: performance optimization.

• I found I only need to get into appliance_console TUI command for the summary info. The most ops in TUI can be done via appliance_console_cli.
  

• Hoping to see this summary information can be added as command option
  appliance_console_cli --summary # to see above health summary information.

• Ex: Once done, it is possible to write a nagios-plugin script to detect the health of the miq process and showing its information in summary.
