git hub links in requirements.txt

Is there a reason the requirement links to specific git hub commits for WhisperX (and to a lesser degree the demucs)?

git+https://github.com/facebookresearch/demucs#egg=demucs

I ask because I'm building another instance and was wondering if we could pull in more recent versions of WhisperX or if there's something bout this code that requires that particular commit?

these two packages are not released regularly, so I have to keep with some important fixes integrated by installing a specific commit, you can use a newer commit if it's tested to be fully working
