Our server has been open 4 days with everything apart from the frequency of events setup as per defualt due to the strong advise not to change settings in the wiki and that they work well set to default.

A player has created a natural enderman farm in the end which is spawning a lot of elite endermen and has already ranked up to elite becuase of this and is now allowing other players to stop by and use his farm to rank up the elite system quickly (how very kind of him!). There were constantly 3-4 elite endermen in the kill zone with another spawning in as soon as one was killed. The dark room antiexploit doesn't work on this type of farm as it isn't a dark room and it's a natural spawn farm.

We have turned off elite mobs in the end and know that we can also turn off elite endermen but I just wanted to bring this to your attention as I feel 4 days in with players already almost being able to prestige means this is an extreme exploit that needs looking at and fixing another way if possible.

We run a paper server on 1.17.1
