Does the Autotype doctor show any issues? To check go to Window -> Autotype Doctor

Same issue here on MacOS Ventura 13.3.1 and MacPass 0.8.1. I have never attempted to use the global autotype before now.

I have the "always show confirmation" option checked, in order to test that it works. I hit my desired shortcut command + shift + P and I don't see any dialog or anything happen at all. My database is unlocked while this is happening.

Autotype doctor is all green. I do use Spaces but #1243 doesn't seem relevant.

What does work is having the input field selected and clicking the manual autotype.

I can report the same issue on MacOS Venture 13.3.1 and MacPass 0.8.1. The shortcut for global autotype does not seem to respond. I've tried the default control + option + M but also setting different shortcuts. Nothing happens when I use the shortcut with my cursor in the username field of a login form in chrome. MacPass is running with unlocked database, Autotype doctor is all green. Manual autotype works as expected for the same form.

Can you try to disable and re-enable global autotype and then try the command? I'm not seeing any issues with global autotype under macOS 13 or macOS 14
