Support for M1 Mac?

Can we have a universal binary on the next release so MacDown can run natively on M1 Macs without rosetta?

Probably not, as M1 code needs proper signing (the current quarantine workaround works only for x86 code), so issues as #1249 or #1127 need to be addressed first. (As far as my understanding of how codesign&notarization works these days goes.)

I cant run it on a M1 and use Mermaid graphs at the same time. It keeps crashing. Since I do this all the time on my older Intel Based Mac, I can only assume it is the binary.
