We also need a place for special announcements regrading special events happening on the weekend such as football match,Nona concerts etc....

Hey @tsures, I believe this is out of this project's scope, do you want to start another project as part of this GitHub organization?

I don't think it is out of scope.
If there is an event, the guard should be aware of it.

This is a good feature to have even if it is not in the first release.

So basically when there's a public event going (such as football game etc.) which allows random guests to enter the guard will be notified?

That makes more sense, where are the events currently curated?

Yes, that is the case we're talking about.
Today, as far as I know, it is published in KehilaNet and local media.
